Willow Springs is managed by an elected HOA Board.  Each of the 5 board members owns at least one unit on property.  This ensures that the Board will take an active and personal interest in the well-being of the community.

Our HOA fees are based on the square footage of the unit and there has been no increase in HOA fees or requests for special assessments in over a decade, which demonstrates how cautiously the Board manages their budget.
